               We are custodial trustees for Foreign Business Trusts, created by us, for special clients around the world.  We do not accept direct requests and provide no information on our company, executives, or clients to the public.

         Our company does not work with brokers, fiduciaries, representatives, or the like.  We are direct to the principal only.  All potential clients must come through a referral.  All potential clients are run through compliance and we do rely on information from INTERPOL, Homeland Security, FBI, and similar other sources worldwide.  Every potential client must be approved by these related agencies.

         If a potential client is approved by the appropriate authorities; we will issue an invitation for discussion.  If the invitation is accepted and the interview is mutually beneficial; we will begin the process of creating the Foreign Business Trust.

         If there is any non-principal contact; the non-principals are limited by contractual agreement on all fees and positioning.  They are not permitted any information on our company or foreign trust agreements.  This information is strictly confidential.  This is a non-negotiable criteria of our company. 

        Any violation of this criteria will be by fraudulent deception and will be reported to all appropriate authorities for blackballing from the industry and, potential, criminal prosecution.

        This is the extent of our public profile and information.  We are sorry if this seems harsh or overly strict but it is necessary for the protection of our clients and the assets we manage for these clients.
